MS DHONI FINED 50% of the Match fees against RAJASTHAN ROYALS

Captain Cool MS Dhoni lost his temper against the umpire for changing their decision, Dhoni admitted to a Level 2 offence of the IPL Code of Conduct and therefore was fined 50 per cent of his match fees after getting on the field in a no-ball controversy.
On Thursday April 11th 2019 CSK's Captain came on the field during the last ball finish against Rajasthan Royals. An official statement released by the IPL said, “Mr Dhoni admitted to the Level 2 offence 2.20 of the IPL’s Code of Conduct and accepted the sanction.”
Article 2.20 of the IPL’s Code of Conduct refers to actions that are against the spirit of the game. The minimum sanction for a level 2 offence is 50% fine levied on Dhoni. The IPL statement haven't specified the fact that why they fined him. This is the very first time Dhoni did something like that.
CSK needed to score 9 runs in three balls, Mitchell Santner came on to bat. The very first ball he faced was signalled a no-ball by Ulhas Gandhe – the umpire at the bowler’s end. However,square-leg umpire didn't agreed with the no ball, for the ball being over the waist height of the batsman.
After a long delay, the decision of not giving a no-ball due to the miscommunication stood to make things trickier for CSK. However, CSK won the game with a last-ball sixer by Santner to triumph in the contest by four wickets.
